- Sports equipment on the farm: in winter we lend out trekking poles and toboggans.
- Change of towels and bed linen: if you need new towels or bed linen, please contact us. For longer stays, we will bring you fresh towels, tea towels and table linen every week.
- Safe: you can store your valuables in the safe, which is located in the wardrobe in the double room.
- Baby and children's equipment: we will be happy to provide a cot and highchair for your little ones.
Additional services:
- Washing and drying (for an extra charge)
- Pick-up service from the train or bus station (for an extra charge)
- Breakfast basket: we offer the ‘Kalchgruberhof breakfast basket’. It contains mainly farm and home-made products (home-made bread, fruit creams, eggs, fresh hay milk...)!
Cost: € 15.00 per adult per day, € 8.00 per child per day, free for children up to 2.99 years.
You can also choose the products for your personalised breakfast basket.
Payment conditions
- Prices from € 97.00 per night for 2 persons
- Prices are per night and flat and for an occupancy of 2 persons for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights, Christmas, carnival holidays and summer 7 nights
- Below 3 nights a surcharge of 15 % per night applies.
Prices for children and additional persons
- 0 - 2.99 years: € 10.00 incl. baby package
- 3 - 13.99 years: € 15.00
- Each additional person from 14 years: € 20.00
- Per pet (only on request): 20,00 €
local tax: The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation of the community where the accommodation in force at the time of stay (Euro 3,10 per person and day over 14 years).
You can pay in cash, by bank transfer in advance, by bank transfer at the end of the holiday or by credit/debit card.
Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
After confirming our offer, we will send you all the information you need to transfer the deposit and confirm your booking.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- In the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation insurance
To save costs and protect yourself, we recommend our cancellation insurance. You have the possibility to take out cancellation insurance from “Roter Hahn”.
Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival, the flat is at your disposal from 14:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the flat by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
