Our products
Our farm's own products are raw milk (ATTENTION: must be boiled before use!), natural yoghurt, eggs, spruce shoot honey, syrup, jelly, herbal tea, herbal salt and courgette chutney, bread and dumplings.
We also offer delicious homemade fruit spreads in various flavours.
Breakfast hamper
Our breakfast hamper is available from 07:30 to 09:30.
For your personal breakfast hamper, you can choose from our homemade products.
Product hamper and product corner
You can put together the product hamper according to your wishes by choosing from our farm's own products.
Our product corner is located in the staircase of the farmhouse.
There you will find a small culinary souvenir of your holiday at the Kalchgruber farm or a souvenir for your loved ones at home: fruit jelly, herbal salt, syrup, dried herbs for your tea, etc.
The herbs in our garden
You are welcome to use a little of the herbs in our farm garden to refine your dishes. You can also contact us and we will be happy to get you the herbs you want from the garden.
We grow the following herbs: chives, parsley, oregano, celery (attention: allergen), dill, rosemary, sage, valerian, coriander, lemon balm and spearmint.
Lunch box
The lunch box with our products for your hikes is offered seasonally. Just ask us about it!
